Weigh In: 214 even.
Just general stuff. Asking anyone for anymore ideas for helping me drop pounds faster. Just adding more exercise is kinda helping, I think. We’ll have to see. . .


  1. Some quick diet advice. Never add cheese to anything. No cheeseburgers, no slice of cheese on a sandwich, no cheese on a salad. The cheese on a pizza is okay, but don’t add more.

    Speaking of pizza – only cheese and veggies – no meat.
