I’ll Have Two Patterns To Go, Please!

Hiya wonderful Readers!!! I want to let you know about a few AWESOME patterns that I had the pleasure of Test Knitting for CC of JavaPurl Designs over the past year or so. These two patterns go live today! I’ve been excitedly waiting for Pattern Release Day to come! It’s finally here on their website!!!

The first pattern I want to discuss, is the “I’ll have two coffees and two cherry danishes to go please Socks.” I couldn’t decide between a variegated yarn and a stripey yarn (which is what the pattern originally called for), so I decided to knit these socks up in both. This pattern is SUPER Fast, and works with any type of yarn, as you can see below.

The second pattern I want to discuss, is the “I’ll have two coffees and two cherry danishes to go please Cowl.” Again, this pattern knits up SUPER fast!!! I love how you can use any type of yarn. The original pattern calls for a pretty toothy yarn. I had so much knitting this one up, and I think you will too!

This does call for a Provisional cast on, and seaming the cowl together. I learned a new technique for casting on provisionally (as I mentioned in a previous post) that just made the cowl. I also do better with a three needle bind off when putting together a cowl of this magnitude. If you choose this method, make sure you turn it inside out first… I almost did it wrong myself… LOL…

I hope you join me in celebrating the premiere of these wonderful patterns by purchasing them here.    CC is offering a 25% off either or both patterns, which is EXTREMELY generous! Make sure you use code “JPDCHERRY. ”

Until Next Time, Happy Crafting!
